Join the first workshop of the “Dry January: Brewery Workshop Tour” as we dive into the bubbly world of fermented soda and the acidic realm of vinegar. If you’ve been looking for a new kitchen or food preservation project, or simply want to get out and learn about a new fun topic, this could be the workshop for you! Join experienced fermenter and founder of Community Cultures, Trevor Ring, and learn the ins and outs of fermenting just about any ingredient into a wild soda or vinegar!

Participants will walk away with:
– 1 jar of soda to ferment at home
– 1 jar of vinegar to ferment at home
– PDF handouts emailed to your inbox, covering all the topics discussed in the workshop

Note: Some of the products made and sampled in this workshop contain traces of alcohol (generally <0.5% ABV). All ingredients used and sampled in the workshop are vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, etc. The soda we make may contain honey, but a vegan option will be available.
