February is a great time of year to master your vegetable fermentation process–use your winter months to prepare for preserving the upcoming season’s harvest! Join Trevor Ring, fermentation educator and founder of Community Cultures, to dive into the world of fermented veggies in this demo-based and hands-on workshop (from your own kitchen)!

Participants with walk away with:

  • an understanding of the endless possibilities to infuse culinary creativity into your pickles
  • knowledge to safely ferment your vegetables and troubleshoot problems that can arise
  • an understanding of how to ferment a variety of veggies and fruit
  • PDFs of guides, recipes and handouts emailed to your inbox
  • permission to reach out to the instructor whenever you have questions, need to troubleshoot your ferments, or need a confidence boost in your process

No special equipment is required for this workshop. Show up to your computer with any veggies you’d like to pickle, from cabbage to winter squash!
