Check out our new 2026 Fermentation Immersion: A 4-month Winter Educational Program, Dancing in the World of Microbes. This 56-hour program with instructor Trevor Ring, founder of Community Cultures, will take place January – April. We’ll meet one weekend a month, two of which will include a Friday evening. Those dates will be January 9/10/11, February 14/15, March 6/7/8 and April 18/19. On Saturdays & Sundays we’ll meet from 10am-4pm (lunch break included) & on Fridays from 6-9pm. Classes will be held at the X Factory in Point Breeze.
