Trevor of Community Cultures will guide you through the process of fermenting ginger beer, then pass it on to Lisa of Lo Bar Cocktails to talk all about cocktails that incorporate the spicy beverage and walk you through some recipes. Participants will sip on ginger beer and cocktails (or mocktails) and walk away with handouts, recipe cards, simple syrup, and ginger beer to ferment at home.​
