Thursday, August 17, 2023 – Fermented Beverages: Kombucha to Wild Soda

It’s that time of year when nothing quenches your thirst like a cold, bubbly beverage! Non-alcoholic fermented beverages meet this need while supplying beneficial live cultures and wonderful flavors. Join Trevor of Community Cultures to learn how to make a variety of fermented beverages that can bring vibrancy to your life. This workshop will use demos and hands-on experiences to help you understand the world of three non-alcoholic/low-alcoholic beverages: kombucha, tibicos (water kefir), and wild fermented soda. Participants will walk away with a kombucha culture, tibicos culture, and a soda to ferment at home.
