Join this educational fermentation event at Workshop PGH to start crafting some holiday and winter-themed kombucha and wild soda! Perfect for holiday entertaining, making NA alternatives and just delicious and gut friendly beverages to serve this season. Each student will leave with several recipes, 2 quart sized jars or soda to ferment at home and 1 kombucha mother. Class will have a buffet of festive fruits, herbs and spices to customize your wild ferments.
