Trevor, founder of Community Cultures, will introduce you to the world of wild fermentation and share the simple practices you need to know to create bubbly, non-alcoholic beverages. Participants will find inspiration for flavor in the local landscape and walk away with soda to ferment at home. This is a great workshop for beginner and intermediate fermenters, as well as herbalists, gardeners, and foragers. ALL AGES are welcome.
