Fermented Pickles & Bloody Mary 101 with Lo Bar Cocktails
Workshop Pgh, Pittsburgh, PA
12-2:30PM EST IN-PERSON EVENT

Two classes made into one! This super fun Holiday Seasonal workshop teams up 2 of our favorite food and beverage folks in Pittsburgh! First, our favorite Cocktail Shaker and co-owner of Lo Bar Cocktails, Lisa, will guide you through making a stellar Bloody Mary Mix and how to build epic Bloody Marys. Each student will be able to adjust thier own mix for the optimal spice level to make you happy. Then, Trevor, owner of Community Cultures, will guide you through fermenting amazing pickles, beans and cocktail garnishes for any well stocked bar and Holiday entertaining. Each student will walk out of class with recipes, make two mason jars of pickles/ fermented veggies to garnish or snack on and a jar of customized Bloody Mary Mix. So you can continue to enjoy your new skills and samples at home. Students will sip, sample and enjoy through class as well.
