Join Trevor Ring, educator and founder of Community Cultures, to enter the fascinating world of water kefir, aka tibicos, in this virtual workshop. Attendees will learn about the significance of this SCOBY, what makes it unique, how to keep it healthy, and what products it can ferment. This workshop will specifically focus on creating naturally fermented soda, and touch on other products like nut-based cheese and other condiments.
