December is the perfect time of year to master your vegetable fermentation process as we wind down from the harvest season and you start thinking about holiday cooking! Join Trevor Ring, fermentation educator and founder of Community Cultures, at Rebel Wellness in Shadyside (Pittsburgh) to dive into the world of fermented veggies in this hands-on workshop.
Enter the vast world of fermented foods, learn about its potential health benefits, and understand how to safely and confidently ferment any vegetable at home. Trevor will guide you through how to make sauerkraut, and students will make their own jar of pickles to ferment at home. You will also learn how to infuse your favorite winter and holiday flavors into your ferments!
