July is the perfect time of year to master your pickling and fermented vegetable technique. Join Trevor Ring, educator and owner of Community Cultures, to kick off the Picklesburgh weekend in your own style, in a quiet, intimate setting with a small group of people. Sip on two different wines that pair well with pickles as Trevor teaches you the basics of pickling through fermentation. You’ll enjoy two glasses of wine and walk away with a jar of cucumber pickles to ferment at home, and the confidence to ferment any vegetable!

This class will run for an hour and a half starting at 6:30pm with time afterward for sipping, chatting and browsing the shop.
