Enter the world of fermentation and seasonal vegetable preservation in this informative, hands-on workshop! Learn all about how to preserve everything from cucumbers to potatoes through salt brine fermentation. Participants will walk away with 2 quart-size jars of pickles (1 traditional kosher dill pickle and 1 medley of seasonal veggies) to ferment at home.
