For this super fun workshop, we are teaming up 3 food lovers for one class so you can get ready for Holiday Cheeseboards. Each student will walk out with several meats, cheeses & smaller fermented sides in jars and then DIY a small wood cheeseboard so you can have just about everything you need for a little cheese board extravaganza. In this class you’ll work with:

***Madi Wick, Cheeseboard Master and Workshop’s Resident Board Specialist: Learn hands on tips trucks for cutting, displaying in unique ways and even meat roses! Madi will walk you through ways to make that board look amazing and give it depth, texture and get your guests raving about your boards. Students will leave with about one blocks worth of cheese, a few meats and be able to take it home and gets hands on, or eat it in class as ya learn. You also will get a little zine with paring recommendations, a spot for notes and ideas.

***Trevor from Community Cultures will guide you along to ferment some fermented veggies, pickles and nibbles for those boards. Each student will take home 2 mason jars of pickled goodies you can share over the holidays.

***Kelly from Workshop will guide you along on DIY-ing your own simple cheeseboard- you can add a custom leather handle, hanger and even brand a little design on it if you like. Then you’ll oil it to bring out the shine and sparkle.
